- Built a full-stack tenant billing system in 2 days serving 4 real-world rental units with live LESCO split-rate auto-calculation
- Engineered a WhatsApp dispatch pipeline with two invoice formats, payment status tracking, and automated delivery confirmation
- Implemented unit reconciliation engine flagging variance gaps between sub-meter sum and main LESCO reading
- Deployed on self-hosted Oracle Cloud ARM infrastructure via Coolify and Traefik with zero downtime

- Built a line-level VCS from scratch in C# tracking individual line history across commits, with granular blame and snapshot-based recovery
